RIP To My Beautiful Aunt Doreen
May 18th, 2011 by Jo
Born 13 March 1937 and passed away 17 April 2011. She was a beautiful, gentle person. My partner and I took a vacation after her death and she really wanted to come with us! It helped immensely to have his arms around me. But I think of her every day, I miss her in every way.

Freethought & Rationalism Owners Meeting
May 7th, 2011 by Jo
That’s right, we met – Ray and I. We discussed the board and the direction we want to see it go in.
Sometime during the end of the year we will be updating our vBulletin.
Ray is actioning some permissions and in discussion with members continuously about social tools that members can use.
We have enlisted Smullyan and Sabine Grant as our management crew as we wish to have very little to do with the back-end of the board (except for Ray being the System Admin).

It Took 5 Minutes..
May 7th, 2011 by Jo
My boyfriend is absolutely delicious, both mentally and physically. When I first met him within 5 minutes we were having sex!
He don’t drink. He does not take drugs. He has no anger issues. No unresolved childhood trauma. He is funny and we geek out on the same things!

Around the World in 15 Days (I hope to do America in 20)
April 4th, 2011 by Jo
My sister and her husband just returned a little worse for wear from their trip around the world. Their holiday began by flying from New Zealand to Australia. Then Australia to China. From China to London. From London to France. From France to Italy. From Italy to Los Angeles US, from LA to Las Vegas then back to LA and then home to New Zealand. I am eagerly awaiting for them to upload their photos. They met up with my foreign boyfriend along the way and my sister claims to be totally in love with him. That’s nice because after a few days of touring Auckland and seeing Hobbiton, we are going to crash at her house while we attend a 100 year Maori celebration before going camping up the east coast of the North Island, New Zealand. My wonderful family decided they were going to tag along for a few days to go camping with us! Anyway my sister returned home with a broken leg and my brother in law has the flu. Yet despite that, they were happy and tired from their holiday! I am trying to convince my sister to come to the states with myself and another sister of ours, in December! Fingers crossed here that she will!

Lament to a Dead Man

Years of filth and a mind with illusion
Defined through yellow gold tepid liquid
War wounds marring ones chest
A battle only within ones paranoia
Disjointed melody sounding like falling dirt
Meaningless words screamed
A vicious mutation of thought
Pray for the man with a torn out heart
Walking with no steps, smiling with no face
Flesh is only a rotting piece of hatred
The stench of lies, the echo of cries
Rest In Peace Lonely Man, Rest.
